My favorite gift to make for my dance teacher, voice teacher, violin teacher, and church teachers is homemade fudge. I have a very easy recipe that I will share with you today. You can make the whole thing in five minutes. I like to make it in little loaf pans, and then pop it out of the pans and wrap it in cellophane with a little plastic knife so it's all ready to eat. You can add into the fudge whatever you like, nuts, candies, marshmallows, dried fruits, even cookies. Save a little extra add-ins so you can even sprinkle the top with extra decorations. The best part of all is that this fudge is really scrumptious! Make a little extra because you will want to eat some too. If you have any questions about this recipe, you can leave me a comment and I will help you. This is one candy that I'm an expert at making!

Easy Gifts: Simple Homemade Fudge
3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons butter
Optional add ins: 1 cup of any of the following-frozen mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, dried fruits, cut up candy bars or cookies
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a large microwaveable bowl, combine chips, milk, and butter. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and return to microwave for 30 seconds at a time, until everything is melted. Add any add ins and vanilla and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and glossy. Pour into 1 foil lined 8 by 8 inch dish OR 4 mini loaf pans that have been lightly coated with cooking spray. (If you don't add any thing into your fudge, you might only be able to get 3 loaf pans full.) Later you can easily pop the loaves out of the pans and wrap them in cellophane.
For White Oreo Fudge:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
20 oreos, crushed
Follow directions above, omitting vanilla. Add oreos after fudge is smooth. GREASE pans very generously as this fudge sticks a bit more.
Enjoy your Holidays!
