Craft Craze and French Donuts

Hello everybody! I promised I'd be bringing you my latest craft craze and here it is. You can buy these sequin art kits at the dollar store. It comes with a little pencil shaped wand for placing each sequin in its exact position on the printed black sheet of paper. Each paper takes about 20 minutes to complete. There are dolphins, crabs, butterflies, snails and seashells. They're really fun so head over to the dollar store and pick some up!

My mom came back from her business trip to New Orleans and she helped me make some french donuts. They're really called "beignets." Mom brought me a mix, so I could do everything except the frying. They're really yummy and we're going to make some more soon since my dad didn't get any.

Mom also brought back some masks and beads. We'll use them for Mardi Gras next year. Coming in a couple days:

Fourth of July M and M cookies
