Each day of the family reunion, we had a different type of theme party. On Sunday, after church, we headed up to the mountains for a hamburger cook out and camping style party. We celebrated Father's day by crowning each of the dads with a "Top Pop" hat. (Aunt Laurie and I must have read the same magazine! I gave my dad all kinds of "Pop" presents that morning-POPsicles, POPcorn, soda POP, lolliPOPs. and jalapeno POPpers.) We played freeze tags, threw rocks in the river, sang campfire songs, toasted marshmallows, and had a wonderful time spending time with each other. One of the funniest moments was when the Zuniga children, broke a picnic table bench during a rowdy up and down song. It was purely accidental and very funny!
Here's a fun song to share!
One of our favorite family songs is a "round song"
I come a zimba, zimba, zion
I coma a zimba, zimba, zay
I come a zimba, zimba, zion
I come a zimba, zimba, zay
See him there, the famous warrior
See him there, the Zulu chief
(half of the group repeats the word chief while the other half repeat the song)

Dear Sailor:
The party looks like so much fun. Daddy and I love your blog and we love you, too! :)
Dear Sailor,
They say the third time is a charm. This is my third attempt trying to send a comment to your BLOG. I'm determined!
You BLOG is very nice...I like your "pokie" dot background and the pictures you've posted.
Thank you for playing your violin for me. I had no idea you were even taking lessons. You and West are really quite amazing! I could see how much you loved playing and entertaining. Do you know your Mommie loved to "entertain" when she was a little girl. I think she still does! Ha Ha Ha.
Great BIG huggs and kisses.
Love, Great Aunt Charlotte
Sailor,
I thought the pine valley adventure was so fun, too. My kids were so filthy after, were you? I liked seeing all the little girls in their white dresses on sunday, too. It was a great idea of yours! You're a fashion genius!
Sailor,
We loved the Pine Valley party, too! That was Annabelle's favorite part of the reunion! We're so sad it's over. We miss you!
Hi Sailor:
What a fun idea!
Uncle Jim and Aunt Marilyn love it!
Sailor,
I love your blog! You'll have to give me some tips this summer. Hope to see you soon.
Love,
Auntie Margaret
Dear Sailor:
I miss you! I hope you are having a lovely day. I'm huddled in a hallway, just so I can get Internet and write you an email. Maybe you should have Daddy help you post the 50's party! Much love, Prudy
I LOVE YOUR BLOG. ELIZA,&BROOKE
